Scarf Pattern for "Embla Bunader" from Norway
The scope of the project was creating silk scarf patterns which match "Bunads", Norway's traditional apparel for women. This began as a jacquard weaving project but turned into a printed technique because using as much colors as possible while maintaining the aesthetics sense of Europe and Norway's traditional culture was the main objective. Project was successful and the design is sent to Italy for printing including 6 color ways.
